Table Top Sale

THE NEXT TABLE TOP SALE AND COFFEE MORNING WILL BE HELD ON
SATURDAY 12 NOVEMBER from 9.00 am to mid-day in St John's Church Hall.
The last event raised over £500. We are aiming to have a wide variety of stalls again
and there should be plenty of gift items. However, there will still be plenty of
opportunity to pass on "pre-loved" items! (If you are collecting things for sale smaller
items such as ornaments and costume jewellery sell well, as do any items for children
such as clothes, toys and baby equipment. Items such as bedding, household linen,
adult clothes and suitcases/ holdalls tend not to be so popular, but are welcomed by
Charity shops. (No electrical items please.) Volunteers are needed to supervise the
Church Stall on the day. If you have lots of items to sell a table at the sale still only costs
£9.00. Speak to Rosemary or Norman Lake ( 01484 710339) to book one.

The aims of this event are to provide an opportunity for the local community to sell their unwanted items or their crafted goods in the main hall, a convenient, warm place, with a convivial atmosphere.Refreshments, bacon butties, homemade cakes, biscuits and jams are on sale in the Sturrock room for those wishing to rest and chat after browsing round the stalls.
The sale starts at 9 am and ends at 12.30 pm. They are held twice a year usually in March and November.
Bookings for tables begin one month in advance and cost £9. Ring 01484 710339 to reserve one.
